Why is the scheduled cremation date an estimate?

We strive to be as transparent as possible with families and will always share the most accurate information we have about the timing of cremation.

However, cremation schedules are influenced by several factors and the length of each cremation can vary. Operators—who often work different hours than our front-office staff, including evenings and holidays—regularly adjust the order and timing of services on a rolling basis. This means that, on rare occasions, cremation may occur sooner or later than the date we initially expect.

This flexibility helps our team complete cremations promptly, so we can return your loved one’s ashes to you as quickly as possible.

Again, they are rare, but we’ll keep you updated with any changes as they arise.
