Will the death certificates arrive with the ashes?

No, the death certificates will not be included in the return of your loved one's ashes.

You will need to order death certificates from the county, who will mail them directly to you when you order online or via mail -- you can also choose to obtain copies in person at your local county clerk's office.

We will return the ashes to your care at another time per your preference -- either via hand-delivery, USPS (the only authorized sender of ashes), or pickup at our crematory.
