Will the death certificates arrive with the ashes?

No, the death certificates will arrive separately from your loved one's ashes.

We order death certificates from the county, who will mail them directly to you.

The ashes will be returned to your care at another time per your preference -- either via hand-delivery, USPS (the only authorized sender of ashes), or pickup at our crematory.
